Policy Whistleblowing, reporting an offence
Please be informed that the so-called ‘Whistleblowing’ discipline, introduced into the Italian legal system by Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 on the protection of the authors of reports of crimes or irregularities they have become aware of in the context of a public or private employment relationship, has come into force.
Figli di E. Cavalli s.r.l. is consequently committed to guaranteeing its employees and collaborators the implementation of this discipline, activating two alternative channels that workers can use to make reports concerning any acts, conduct or omissions that damage the integrity of the company. Those who intend to report unlawful conduct detrimental to the integrity of the company are guaranteed anonymity, protection against any retaliatory initiatives and non-discriminatory treatment.
Anyone wishing to communicate, disclose or report an offence may do so by writing an e-mail to the e-mail address:odv@ecavalli.it or by inserting an envelope in the post box located at the company’s operational headquarters, without fear of suffering prejudicial consequences.
Your possible reports will be handled by an independent person outside the company in compliance with privacy regulations and with the utmost protection.
